Agnikawach, an indigenous AI-integrated platform for industrial process-safety and consequence modelling, was launched in India.
Key Details
- The platform combines AI, GPU computing, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and risk modelling to simulate industrial accidents.
- It models hazards including jet fire, pool fire, flash fire, explosions, BLEVE/fireball, toxic dispersion, cryogenic releases and structural domino effects.
- CFD uses numerical methods to simulate fluid and gas flows, helping predict how leaks, fire or toxic clouds may spread.
- A BLEVE is an explosion caused when a pressurised vessel containing liquid above its boiling point ruptures.
- The platform is intended for hazardous industries such as green hydrogen, ammonia, oil and gas, LNG, petrochemicals, nuclear and defence.
