Alexander Zverev Defeats Ben Shelton To Win US Open Title

German tennis player Alexander Zverev defeated American Ben Shelton to win the US Open men's singles title at Flushing Meadows, New York.

Alexander Zverev defeated Ben Shelton 6-3, 7-6(2), 5-7, 6-2 to win the US Open men’s singles title.
It was Zverev’s second Grand Slam title of 2026, after his French Open victory.
Shelton became the first American man to reach a Grand Slam final since Andy Roddick in 2003.
