The 13th edition of the India-Sri Lanka bilateral maritime exercise, SLINEX-26, was conducted at Visakhapatnam from September 17 to 21, 2026.
Key Points
The 13th SLINEX brought together the Indian Navy and Sri Lanka Navy at Visakhapatnam.
India participated with INS Kavaratti, an anti-submarine warfare corvette, and INS Jyoti, a fleet tanker; Sri Lanka fielded SLNS Sindurala.
The exercise is aligned with India’s MAHASAGAR maritime vision.
