BSE and PHDCCI signed an MoU to help eligible MSMEs understand equity financing and access stock-market funding through the BSE SME platform.
How can this help MSMEs?
- Instead of depending only on bank loans, eligible MSMEs can raise equity capital by listing shares on an SME exchange platform.
- BSE and PHDCCI will conduct workshops, roadshows and advisory support to help firms understand the listing process.
- The initiative aims to widen access to growth capital and improve visibility for smaller enterprises.
